If you want a quick and flavorful breakfast, try these umami avocado toast.



  1. 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees and place bread on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and until toasted, about 15 minutes.

  2. 2. Meanwhile in a bowl, mash the avocado together with sea salt and lemon juice.

  3. Spread smashed avocado on toast, top with cherry tomatoes, an extra pinch of black garlic sea salt, and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
