Easy Rice and Beans Recipe

Easy rice and beans are great as a side dish, or add your favorite protein and you have a complete meal!


Ingredients


Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the Key Lime Infused Olive Oil over medium and add the onions, bell pepper, jalapeño, and garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent, about 6 minutes.

  2. Season with Mojo Citrus Seasoning Salt and Mojito White Barrel Aged Balsamic. Add in rinsed rice and stir, let cook until rice begins to toast, about 5 minutes.

  3. Add in chicken broth and black beans and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and cover with a tight fitting lid, let sit until rice is tender, about 15-20 minutes. 

  4. Fluff with fork and stir in cilantro. Top with green onions and a drizzle of the Mojito White Barrel Aged Balsamic. Enjoy!
