Porcini Pasta with Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce
1 package Porcini Pasta
2/3 C heavy cream
6 oz gorgonzola (buy block or wedge, not pre crumbled or shredded- much better flavor)
2 tsp Feta & Herb Dipper
1 tsp white pepper ground
Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil over high heat. Season with 1 pasta rock according to package directions. Take it out and add pasta and cook to package directions. Cover and set aside
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium high heat bring heavy cream to a boil. Then reduce heat to medium and add gorgonzola , dipper and pepper.
Toss sauce with pasta and finish with balsamic vinegar before serving.
