Classic Caprese Salad
Caprese salad incorporates the colors of the Italian flag with red tomatoes, white mozzarella, and green basil, making this dish a true Italian classic!
This dish comes together in minutes and is great to bring to a potluck or pair with a crusty baguette and glass of wine for a light dinner. Finished with our Sweet Basil Balsamic Vinegar, this recipe is sweet and tangy.

Yield: 4-6 servings
12 oz Mozzarella
4 Tomatoes On The Vine
1 Tbsp Basil Genovese Olive Oil
10 Basil Leaves, chiffonade cut
2 tsp Red Hawaiian Sea Salt
Slice mozzarella and tomatoes into ¼” thick pieces. On a serving platter layer tomatoes and mozzarella by rotating between each one.
Drizzle mozzarella and tomatoes with vinegar and olive oil.
Top salad with basil and sea salt. Serve immediately.
