Traditional sauce of central South Carolina. Delicious on a brat and sauerkraut sandwich. It's rich, tangy and savory, infused with rosemary and celery seed to give it depth. It's amazing on chicken, ribs, pork shoulder and makes fabulous hot wings. Made in Oregon in small batches for freshness.
