Sauteed Parmesan Cabbage
What a fun side dish!
4 oz. Canadian bacon, julienned
4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1 small head of cabbage, chopped
1 Tablespoon Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
2 Tablespoons Garlic and Herb EV Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Parmesan Asiago Dipper
Sauté Canadian bacon in butter until well browned, over medium heat, about 10-15 minutes. Add cabbage and roasted garlic sea salt and sauté until tender. Remove from heat. Add garlic and herb EV olive oil, parmesan asiago dipper and pepper. Toss to combine.
